This concept allows us to develop loyalty of our visitors, while allowing us to prepare the contents in advance without forgetting the ability to react with regard to the current events. Since the launch of the site in January, 2000, the rate of respect for these updates never came down below 98 %: the remaining 2 % are sometimes necessary during the increase or during the transfer en masse of certain parts of the site. In spite of this rate of availability which seems satisfactory, it is necessary to know that we receive about fifty emails not always pleasant to read within 24 hours which follow each of these interruptions necessary for the growth of the site! Contrary to the other numerous sites, including in the other fields of activity and with means superior to ours, we do not stop either the weekends, or the holidays, and you have never read on the site "closed for holidays", even in period of the end of year... This availability is the result of a delicate management of time to respect, which requires a lot of anticipation. We thus organized the site in sections to allow: There where most of the sites content themselves with a basic organization, with a general menu and a homepage with novelties, we followed the recommendations of American specialists pioneers of Internet.
